99.5% of our items arrive within 2 weeks. Please allow that length
of time before contacting us regarding shipping inquiries. All of
our items are shipped and tracked via UPS.

Policy:
Due to the personal nature
of shoes, we only accept returns on unworn, unused items. We have
a 15-day return policy from receipt of delivery Buyer must contact
us PRIOR to returning an item so that we can issue an RMA (Returned
Merchandise Authorization) We will not process a return without
an RMA. The refund will be made once the item(s) are received and
will be returned to the credit card used to make purchase. Buyer
is responsible for shipping costs on their return Item must be returned
in the same condition that it was received.
